How would you describe your teaching style?
I like classes to be focused but also fun.
What do you love most about Pilates?
I love the changes I see in clients’ bodies but also the changes in client confidence and mood and the friendships formed in classes.
Three favourite exercises?
Footwork, short spine, semi circle
If you could only use one piece of Apparatus, what would it be?
Cadillac
One interesting fact we might not know about you?
I love writing and buying antiques
What motivates you?
Client progression
And lastly, why should everyone do Pilates?
Because it changes your mind and body in ways you’re not even aware of at the time. And because you never stop learning. Pilates always has something to teach you
